Prime Time Staff

Our staff comes in all different ages and shapes but the one thing that makes each of them awesome is that they love working with kids like you!

Each staff member goes through a training program to help them to understand where your generation is coming from. They are always learning.

From small group leaders to teachers to coaches to drivers, our staff members are there for you and want to help you navigate life.

Our staff doesn't care if you have a piercing in your tongue, a strip of green hair, are the varsity quarterback or like to dress like a World War II pilot. What we care about is the person you are inside.

Interested in joining our staff?

If you're older than 20, are about living life with Christ, want to help students and can take the hectic, ever-changing, fast-paced world of today's teenagers, we want to talk to you!

E-mail Scott to find out how you can get involved in on of the most rewarding, demanding, outrageously fun things you will ever do. slinscott@primetimefbc.com

How to Stay Connected as a Leader

1) Drop-in.  Looking to connect, hangout, debrief, talk about student ministries? Join us for our weekly leader gathering Sunday nights at 8:00 pm at the Linscott's house September - June.

2) Plug-In. Take advantage of the two-three one-day leader gatherings we have each year.

3) Get coaching. Connect with your Power House coach if you are a small group leader. They have resources and ideas that will help you be more effective as a leader.

4) Get Away. Plan to join us for our fall youth leader retreat. We get away for an entire weekend to learn, play, worship and relax.
